Monique Sakellarios is a landscape painter known for a distinctive palette that often combines purples with warm earth tones to create wide, dramatic spaces. Her technique was shaped through study in Cairo at the Leonardo Da Vinci School of Art and the American University in Cairo, experiences that reinforced her approach to contrast, surface, and color identity. Her paintings are composition-driven and built to read clearly at a distance.Her work has been shown in solo exhibitions and juried competitions throughout New England and New York. She is affiliated with major professional organizations, including Oil Painters of America, and holds Signature Member and leadership recognition within the National Oil & Acrylic Painters Society.
