Del-Bourree Bach is a contemporary realist painter (b. 1953) known for acrylic paintings that feel tactile and story-driven, spanning coastal life, working waterfronts, rural scenes, and occasional western subjects. His work is held in private and public collections including the Florence Griswold Museum (CT), the Albrecht Kemper Museum (MO), and the U.S. Embassy and Coast Guard art collections. Over a career of 40+ years, Bach has earned extensive recognition in national and international exhibitions, including multiple Awards of Excellence at Mystic Seaport’s International Marine Art Exhibition and major honors through the National Oil & Acrylic Painters Society, where he holds Master status. He is also deeply involved in the broader art community: a longtime Salmagundi Club member and former Art Committee Chair, a Copley Society “Copley Master,” and a signature/exhibiting member of numerous professional organizations including the American Society of Marine Artists and Artists for Conservation. ×
