Bradley Chance Hays is an American artist and professional tie-down roper known for horse paintings that feel lived-in, not staged. He was born in Oklahoma and grew up in a household split evenly between art and rodeo, with an art-teacher mother and a rodeo-cowboy father. As a kid he drew constantly, and he was roping early, a dual track that never really separated.
