Dandelion

Ray Simonini is a China-born artist (born 1981) whose oil paintings carry an illustrator’s sense of character and story. Early influences included comic books and illustration, and that foundation still shows in the way subjects feel like personalities rather than studies. He paints moments with implied narrative and keeps the work focused on presence.
