Anne Packard is an American painter and third-generation Provincetown artist whose work is deeply connected to Cape Cod and the Outer Cape landscape. Her family lineage includes the acclaimed impressionist Max Bohm, and multiple generations of painters have shaped the visual culture surrounding her practice. 

Self-taught and rooted in a life spent returning to Provincetown, Packard is known for atmospheric paintings that favor mood, memory, and the poetry of light over strict description. Over decades of painting, her subjects have expanded through travel and continued observation, while remaining anchored in the coastal spirit and quiet visual drama that define her signature style.
